“Mayor of Kingstown” has been renewed for its third season at Paramount+.

Paramount+ has picked up a third season of Mayor of Kingstown, starring Jeremy Renner. The renewal of the series from Taylor Sheridan and Hugh Dillon has been rumored for months.

Jeremy Renner is returning for duty to Paramount+.

Taylor Sheridan created Kingstown alongside Hugh Dillon. Both exec produce alongside Renner, Antoine Fuqua, David C. Glasser, Ron Burkle, Bob Yari, Michael Friedman, Dave Erickson and Regina Corrado. The show is produced in-house by MTV Studios and 101 Studios.

Paramount Network announced recently that it has ordered a new scripted drama series, Mayor of Kingstown, that was created by Taylor Sheridan and Kingston born and raised Hugh Dillon. Sheridan, an Academy Award nominee, will serve as executive producer on the show as will Dillon – who is both a Gemini award-winning actor and frontman for the multi-platinum, Juno nominated band Headstones.
